Provide essential school supplies for children from low-income families so they can start the school year with confidence, dignity, and the tools they need to succeed.

Each backpack includes:

  • 1 notebook

  • 1 pack of pencils/pens

  • Erasers & sharpener

  • Ruler

  • Crayons or colored pencils

  • Glue stick

  • Basic folder

  • Small hand sanitizer

๐Ÿ“Š Fundraising Goal Example:

  • 100 children = $2,000

  • 250 children = $5,000

  • 500 children = $10,000

Many childrenโ€”especially in parts of Ethiopia start school without even the most basic needs. Your $20 gift can make a difference.

Protecting Next Generation โ€“ Early Prevention Program

Goal: Educate Ethiopian youth (ages 5โ€“18) on the risks of human trafficking, empower them with knowledge and critical thinking, and connect them with safe adults and support systems.

Duration: 5 sessions (1โ€“1.5 hours each)
Setting: Community center, church hall, school classroom, or online
Language: English and/or Amharic (adaptable for local context), looking to set up a home office.

New Beginnings Recovery & Empowerment Program for Human Trafficking Survivors and Abuse Victims

๐ŸŽฏ Goal:

To support survivors of human trafficking and abuse by offering emotional healing, legal guidance, life skills, and reintegration support, in a safe, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed environment.

๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿคโ€๐Ÿง‘ Target Audience:

  • Female and male survivors of labor or sex trafficking

  • Domestic abuse survivors

  • Ages 15+, with programs adapted for youth and adults

  • Ethiopian and East African immigrant communities (or broader vulnerable populations)

๐Ÿงญ Program Structure Overview

Duration: 12 weeks (once per week)
Session Length: 1.5 โ€“ 2 hours
Group Size: 8โ€“12 participants (with optional individual sessions)
Setting: Private community space, shelter, or hybrid online option
Facilitators: Trained counselor, legal advisor, cultural liaison, and peer mentor
